Refund Policy
Scope
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Parish (referred to in this document as we, us or our) is committed to recognising and respecting the financial contributions people make to our parish community. As a not-for-profit organisation, we want to ensure we implement appropriate principles of transparency and fairness in regard to the management of refunds.
Requesting a refund
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Parish, by email or post as detailed below.
The refund request should include the details of the initial donation/payment including:
For errors made by Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Parish or its financial institution, a full refund will be made following notification, in a timely manner, and all costs borne by Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
For errors in amount donated/paid, the donor/payee has 60 days in which to notify us. Upon notification, we will consider all requests for refunds to ensure that genuine errors are rectified as soon as possible,
We areunder no obligation to give a refund if an error has been made on your part, but will endeavour to ensure that genuine erros (such as amount donated) are rectified in a timely manner.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Parish, which is a not-for-profit organisation, reserves the right to deduct any bank, transaction and administration charges for any refund processed to return funds to a donor/payee.
